What will happen to my existing ongoing orders?
You have been paused from taking new orders due to frequent order cancellations or violating our Terms & Conditions.
Your existing ongoing orders will remain in your order list. Avoid cancelling orders unless absolutely necessary to avoid being paused further.
What happens after the timer is up?
Once the timer is up, you will be able to resume taking orders as normal. Avoid cancelling orders unless absolutely necessary to avoid being paused again.
How can I avoid being paused?
Complete your ongoing orders without cancelling them to avoid being paused.
Frequent order cancellations or violating our Terms & Conditions may pause your ability to take on any new orders.
How can I request a review?
You can request a review through the Driver App and our team will review the evidence as soon as possible.
