Business Analyst
Responsibilities
• Developing insightful, visually compelling and engaging dashboards that support decision-making.
• Day to day handling with high volume databases.
• Ensure data is kept up to date and is relevant all the time.
• Working with multiple stakeholders in the organization, understanding their data/dashboard requirements and delivering on time.
• Maintain effective communication with teammates and managers.
• Demonstrate effective multi project handling skills.
• Anticipate process issues and proactively escalate/suggest solutions.
• Strategy and setting up a campaign for user-side communication and promotion.
What we seek
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
• Analytical & problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be curious, proactive and solution oriented approach
• You must tell an impactful story with analysis and smart data visualization, not just a number crunch.
